One of the key working areas of the German Embassy Yangon is to support bilateral trade relations. As a political companion, facilitator of (business) contacts and first point of contact , our aim is to enable German businesses to get access to Myanmar. To achieve this, the Embassy closely cooperates with the German Trade and Invest (GTAI) correspondent in Bangkok, the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Myanmar and the German-Myanmar Business Chamber(GMBC) that was founded in 2015.
